Day 01: Arrival and Transfer to Gangtok
Our representative will be there to receive the Guest at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction) – He will be assisting with transfer to Gangtok – Gangtok the capital of Sikkim Suits all from tranquillity to adventure, land of monastery, mystic rituals & festivals at a height of 1670 meters / 5480 feet and is the most visited spot in India. It is one of the most beautiful towns with varieties of Rhododendron, Orchids, and butterflies - Nearly 135 kilometers 4 - 5 hours drive. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 02: Gangtok to Lachung
Transfer to Lachung – via Chungthang – Lachung is 200 kilometers, 7 – 8 hours – Lachung situated at an altitude of 8600 feet - On the way enjoy a few wonderful locations like Tashi View point, Kabi Lungstok, Naga Waterfalls, Twin Waterfalls, Bhim Nala Waterfalls and the confluence of Lachen chu and Lachung Chu at Chungthang The road leads through Rhododendron plants of the Singha Forest Reserve extended up to the Tibetan Plateau - Picturesque landscape, snow peaked mountains, flowing rivers blooming rhododendrons - During April / May / June one can find the riot of colours as Rhododendrons, Primulae and many other Alpine Flowers are in full bloom – Guest are expected to reach Lachung at late afternoon or early evening – Check into hotel – Evening free to stroll up to Lachung monastery – Night halt at Lachung.
Day 03: Gangtok to Lachung:
Visit Yumthang valley (known as Valley of Flowers). Yumthang is the summer grazing ground of the Yaks & winter playgrounds of Yetis. On the way back visit Hot Spring considered having medicinal properties. Yumesamdong(Zero Point) Heaven on earth is North Sikkim with diversity seen to be believed. Yumthang and Lachung are in Itinerary and rest of the places. Lunch at Lachung and transfer to Gangtok. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 04: Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir Nathula Pass,
Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir (New ) nearly 40 kilometers - The Lake is oval shaped lake nearly 50 feet deep - Generally covered in snow for most of the year the year – This lake is home to the Brahmini ducks & many migratory birds – Nearby is the sacred Baba Mandir known to be a very holy site for all - Nathu La Pass to Republic of China is nearly 20 kilometers and is optional tour - Back to Gangtok - Evening free to roam around M G Road (Mall) or local Shopping center - Over Night stay at Gangtok (In case of Landslide or due to any other reasons if Tshangu Lake is closed then an alternate sightseeing will be provided)
Day 05: Namchi Sikkim.
Sky High' is what the meaning of Namchi, and is completely synonymous as it is located at an elevation of 5,500 ft. The small town, Namchi is the epitome of culture, diversity, religion, benevolence, and also depicts the munificence of Sikkim. Namchi is blessed with welcoming monasteries, traditional temples, lush greenery, flora, and forests. On a tour to Namchi, tourists can unveil the best-kept secrets of the Himalaya. The beauty of Namchi can't be defined in a single word or phrase.
Day 06: Departure
Gangtok to Siliguri / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction) - After breakfast transfer to Siliguri / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction) - Nearly 130 kilometers 3 to 4hours drive – Forwarding Journey
