Ramakrishna- Star performer For Best Holiday Planners. July 2014.

After Graduating in Bsc and having hands on stints in managing a medical diagnostic centre, he happened to join our company by a chance. He was recruited as a part timer to just to help us in our follow ups and working on small operational activities.

His journey from then on has been remarkable. Having no prior experience in travel trade or working in a call based environment it was not a easy game for him. He took his time to adjust to the procedures and understand the working process. He always tried to record maximum number of working hours. He would always work on the maximum number of queries though the sale conversion ratio was low. He did this very consistently without loosing hope. He did not funk under pressure rather made a point even at stressful situations. His communications skills were mediocre when he joined with absolutely zero knowledge in hindi . He today manages our clients in all the three languages of hindi, telugu and english

As its always said Hard work pays off , he today happens to be a crucial member of our start up. His consistency in meeting the sales numbers makes him a star performer for Best Holiday Planners.
