I had an incredible time exploring Kurdistan with my friend Timothy, who traveled all the way from Indonesia! He successfully crossed the border from Turkey into Kurdistan and back again.

A Trip I Will Never Forget!!
I spent five amazing days traveling around Kurdistan with my wonderful friends from America and Switzerland. They had an unforgettable experience in Iraqi Kurdistan—falling in love with our culture, our people, our food, and, most of all, the breathtaking mountains.

One of the highlights was hiking Halgurd, the highest mountain in Iraqi Kurdistan. They also got to experience Kurdish cooking firsthand! We visited the local market to buy fresh vegetables, then prepared traditional Kurdish Dolma together.

I hope you all enjoyed Chef Karwan’s delicacy! 😝
