Akranes Lighthouse Akranes lighthouse is in Akranes,, north of the capital city of Iceland, Reykjavík. It was build in 1944 and it is 23 meters high.

Skjálfti með upptök við Fagradalsfjall reið yfir klukkan 02:03 í nótt. Samkvæmt mælingum Veðurstofu Íslands var skjálftinn 3,2 að stærð.

Summer opening from June 1st to Sept 15th.
Everyday from 10am to 4pm.

Akranes lighthouse is located in a old fishing town on the West Coast of Iceland, the town has the same name as the lighthouse, Akranes. The lighthouse was built in 1944 but it has been reinvented since then.
