Si l’évènement venait à être annulé ou reporté pour cause de COVID, chaque participant se verrait remboursé 100% du montant engagé sauf le coût de l'assurance (sous 45 jours).
Refund in case of cancellation of the event:
If the event were to be canceled or postponed due to COVID, each participant would be reimbursed 100% of the amount committed except the cost of insurance (within 45 days)
Mesures Covid Durant le Voyage et les épreuves.
Pendant les trajets en bus, lors des briefing, ou autres moments où il est difficile de respecter la distanciation sociale, le port du masque sera obligatoire.
Pendant la course
La course est limitée à 50 participants et durant le parcours vous n aurez aucun mal à respecter les règles de distanciation . Le masque fait partie du matériel obligatoire car il pourra vous servir aux CP ainsi qu'à l'arrivée .
Les membres de l’organisation porteront quant à eux, tout le temps le masque lors des entretiens , des briefings , des soins etc
Les hébergements sont prévus pour 1 ou 2 personnes .Pour les repas la distanciation se fera sans soucis .
Du gel hydroalcoolique sera disponible aux CP et aux différents hôtels ;
