🎣 SALMON NO. 1000 LANDED ON LAXÁ Í DÖLUM! 🎉

A fantastic milestone has been reached on Laxá í Dölum as salmon number 1000 of the season has been landed! 🐟

The lucky angler was Emilía Gilbertsdóttir, who caught salmon no. 1000 in the pool Þegjandi. Congratulations, Emilía! 👏

Fishing has been excellent this season, and once again Laxá í Dölum ranks among Iceland’s most productive salmon rivers on a catch-per-rod basis made even more impressive by the fact that the river is fished with only 4–6 rods.

🔥 1000 salmon – and the season is still going strong!
