Iceland Embassy in Tokyo - Opening of Iceland Schengen Visa Application Center by Foreign Minister Þorgerður Katrín Gunnarsdóttir.

Serving Southeast Asia - Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Singapore.

VFS Global will still handle the application, it will be processed in Iceland Embassy in Tokyo. It's a positive development for tourist to Iceland. Easier, simpler and more VFS location accepting the visa application.

Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach is changed forever. Persistent easterly wind in winter (unusual) with strong waves have caused the sand to completely collapse and washed away.
