It is with great pride that we announce our newest Private Tour itinerary, the Family Friendly Five Day Private tour. https://hiddeniceland.is/family-friendly-five-day-private-tour/

This tour, that was conceived by one of our expert Trip Planners, Anika Truter, was designed specifically to cater to multi-generational families or families with very young kids.

Although all our tours are family friendly, this five (or more) day immersive experience goes one step further. By listening to our past families, with multi-generational needs, we have; reduced driving times, increased options for younger kids, reduced how often we change hotels, increased free time if some or all family members want to relax. And of course packed the trip with incredible sights and activities. And don't worry, there will be plenty of adventurous options if you have older kids or adults too.

HIGHLIGHTS: Local horse riding, glacier adventures on the Langjökull glacier, petting goats in Husafell, seeing real re-melted lava at the Lava Show, tasting geothermally grown tomatoes at the Friðheimar greenhouse, and bathing in natural hot pools.

This tour is designed to work year round, but we always suggest doing this in summer for very young kids (under 5), to really get the benefit of the midnight sun and all the animal life that prospers in Iceland during these months.

This multi-generational tour is just as fun for the little ones as it is for the older members of the family. Covers all the vital spots in Iceland at a relaxed pace.

We have just learned that we have received the Travellers' Choice Award 2022 from TripAdvisor. This is only awarded to the top 10% of travel companies around the world. To say we are thrilled would be a bit of an understatement. Especially considering the trials of the last two years.
