Late summer in Iceland might just be the sweet spot 🇮🇸
There’s still plenty of daylight for big days out, the busiest part of summer is behind us, the landscape is starting to change colour and the darker evenings mean the first Northern Lights of the season could make an appearance.
Our favourite way to spend the day?
Waterfalls, geysers and volcanic landscapes first.
Hot springs afterwards ♨️
Take the Golden Circle a little further, walk around Kerið crater, discover Iceland’s geothermal side, then finish the day soaking at Hvammsvík, Sky Lagoon or the Blue Lagoon.
Adventure first. Hot springs afterwards.
That’s late summer in Iceland.
