As the summer is coming to an end. Actually it forgot to show up here in Iceland. Which is another story.

Time to check your gear and remember to dry out your gear for the winter time. First time in a long time that I have had problems with mold. I have had this mattress for over 5 years. It is so good and comfortable, I have slept many comfortable nights because of it. Now because I forgot to dry it out fully before I packed it, it got mold.

Krapfen - Austrian Donuts filled with Nutella

Had to make a frying test. Deliciously light dough, not very sweet. The filled with Nutella, could also be filled with jam or vanilla custard. Ridiculously delicious!
