!Active While Aging -- Baby Boomers!

Aukin lífsgæði og ný tækifæri á eldri árum:

Fjögur lönd starfa saman í þessu Erasmus+ verkefni: Ítalía, Ísland, Írland og Spánn, sem styrkt er af Evrópusambandinu.

Á næstu tveimur árum munum við sameiginlega þróa fræðsluefni, miðla reynslu og skapa vettvang fyrir eldra fólk til að læra, tengjast og njóta.

Markmið verkefnisins er aukin virkni og lífsgæði á eldri árum, jafnframt að stuðla að aukinni samkennd og sterkari evrópskri sjálfsmynd.

Verkefnið er rétt að hefjast og við hlökkum til að deila með ykkur efni, hugmyndum og góðum dæmum á komandi mánuðum.
