L’Abruzzo è una delle mie regioni del cuore ❤️

La ciclopedonale dei Trabocchi è una meraviglia, 40 km di piste ciclabili e pedonali tra Ortona e Vasto lungo il mare.

Mare turchino, nessuna traccia di spazzatura, silenzio seppur tanto frequentata, servizi igienici lungo tutto il tratto, accessi facili al mare.

Una linea ferroviaria regionale che collega tutti i paesi e cittadine lungo il tratto, trasporto bici gratuito.

Gentilezza, infinita!

L’amore per il territorio si vede e si sente forte e chiaro, questa è qualità della vita!!!

Il Petraio a Napoli con le sue scale verso mare, quell’aria di sale, di quei quartieri tranquilli che sembrano piccoli paesi. Con le loro economie ed i ritmi lentissimi, una staticità e permanenza confortanti!

Nessun posto dove correre a fare cose, solo osservare e riempirsi gli occhi dei colori e della poesia dei piccoli angoli nascosti.

Mi ricorda un po’ Lisbona con la sua aria trasandata ma piena di significato.

The very well known street food of Naples is concentrated into the historical center (Via Tribunali and Soaccanapoli) and in the Spanish district.

That’s the most attractive and evident in Naples but…to me the best “friggitoria” is in the district Vomero, less known but, I promise you, It really worth !!!!

Try the fried eggplants, you won’t regret! 😋

Spring time in Paestum 🤩

What an incredible day! We are in January and this days are gift to discover our immense historical heritage.

Paestum is an underestimated treasure, talking to us about the Greek and Roman culture.
But it’s also a very peaceful and enjoyable place to spend a relaxing time.

Don’t miss the new rooms in the museum, very interesting!!!

Ci sono giorni che vanno celebrati con colazioni speciali. Non perché ci sia una ragione particolare.

È uno “special treat”, un giorno in cui si rallenta e si inizia con una carezza dolce.

Speciali sono loro dì che sfogliano a mano croissant e pain au chocolat, usano b***o francese e preparano specialty coffee.
