A wonderful day in Porto filled with incredible flavours and unforgettable experiences. We spent the day cooking alongside a Michelin-trained chef, learning the secrets behind traditional Portuguese cuisine — including what may have been the best Portuguese fish stew we’ve ever tasted. We also indulged in Pão de Ló de Alfeizerão, a beloved Portuguese sponge cake with a perfectly golden crust and a deliciously gooey egg-cream centre.

The evening ended in a private wine cellar, where exceptional wines, ports, and beautifully prepared dishes made for the perfect finale to another amazing day in Portugal. 🇵🇹💙
