Getting ready for the New Year's Eve with some real ”made in Italy” traditions:

🇮🇹 Have lentils at midnight -
Lentils are the symbol of money. Eating lentils as a first thing will make you wealthier in 2019

🇮🇹 wear red underwear
Red is a symbol of passion and luck. Wear it and you will find true love in 2019

🇮🇹 throw old stuff away
Getting rid of useless stuff is great and it will grant you a super start in the new year

The ”presepio” or nativity scene, is a must-have in Italian houses during Christmas season. More common than the Christmas tree, it’s the very heart of the Christian tradition. Many famous ”presepi” can be found in Italy, one of the most artistic in Naples where there is a road (San Gregorio Armeno) where many artisans work all year long to create handmade, beautiful and unique little sculptures to light up Christmas season in many homes and churches.... If you happen to be there please buy a ”presepe” for you! And once again, Merry Christmas!
