Here are some useful tips to help you enjoy a comfortable and peaceful stay from the very beginning.

Hours: Every day from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Weekends: From 10:00 AM on Saturday to 8:00 AM on Monday.
How to get there: Go down the stairs and turn right; walk about 500 meters. The facility is on the right after the second curve.
CLEANING, HYGIENE & SAFETY
The house is equipped with carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher. In case of an alarm (sound and lights), immediately leave the house and contact the host (+39 347 5891189).
First aid kit: Located at the bathroom entrance. Pull the side flaps to detach the kit.
The house is cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected before each guest’s arrival. Hygiene products are available for your use. The toilet is sealed with a hygiene strip after sanitation – remove it before use.
To shut off the gas, turn the yellow valve located inside the cupboard under the stove, on the upper left.
A washing machine is available, along with detergent. To access the drying rack, open the bathroom window. An iron and an ironing board are also available upon request, free of charge.
Soap and shampoo are provided via hygienic dispensers.
The boiler and thermostat are pre-set for maximum comfort – please do not tamper with them to avoid malfunctions or service disruptions.
Smoking is not allowed inside. You may use the entrance stairwell area, which has an ashtray.
KITCHEN
The kitchen includes plates and cutlery (under the stove), 2 pots, a grill pan, a colander, and a bowl (under the sink), as well as oil, vinegar, salt, coffee, herbal teas, cups, disposable and glass glasses, dish soap, and sponges.
For coffee, use the moka pot. For herbal teas, use the paper cups and heat the water in the microwave by simply turning the k**b to level 1.
If you use the dishes, please wash and place them on the countertop dish rack to dry.
BEDROOM
For additional linens, please contact the host.
The TV and air conditioning remotes are sanitized and stored in a single-use hygienic bag – please do not remove it.
Set the air conditioner according to your needs, keeping doors and windows closed to avoid waste.
COURTESY
The property is pet friendly, but we kindly ask you to maintain care and cleanliness. For your pets’ needs, you can use the green area next to the house.
The wine, produced by us, is a complimentary gift for our guests. The corkscrew is in the cutlery drawer.
The fridge, which also has a freezer compartment, contains bottled water.
Please avoid waste – we appreciate your cooperation.
In case of damage or theft, the host may take legal action against guests.
In front of the house, there is a pizzeria, followed by a grocery store.
About 100 meters on the left, there is a bar-tobacco shop-slot room, and on the right, a pizzeria-trattoria serving local dishes.
