🌳 Il bosco chiama... ma la prudenza deve camminare con noi.🍄
Con l’arrivo della bella stagione, le zecche sono nuovamente attive nei nostri boschi, prati e sentieri. Nella foto vedete le dimensioni reali delle diverse fasi di sviluppo: larva, ninfa, maschio e femmina adulta. Tutte possono pungere e trasmettere agenti patogeni. In questo periodo le più insidiose sono proprio le larve: minuscole, difficili da individuare. Le zecche possono veicolare malattie importanti come la borreliosi di Lyme e l'encefalite da zecche (TBE). Se vi avventurate nel verde, anche solo per una passeggiata o una ricerca di funghi, ricordate di:
-Indossare pantaloni lunghi e chiari, meglio se lisci, dove le zecche fanno più fatica ad aggrapparsi.
-Usare vestiario leggero ma coprente anche per braccia e collo.
-Evitare il contatto diretto con l'erba alta e i cespugli.
-Ricordare che i repellenti offrono solo una protezione parziale: la prevenzione meccanica è essenziale.
-Dopo ogni uscita, controllare attentamente tutto il corpo, senza trascurare pieghe cutanee e cuoio capelluto.
Prevenzione significa rispetto per se stessi e per la natura che amiamo vivere.

"His Majesty" il Raviolo !
Ravioli are part of the italian tradition, especially in northen Italy, actually according with the main theory the ravioli are originally from Gavi ( Piedmont ) where basically I come from...
A sheet of very thin, almost transparent pasta is rolled out by hand with a rolling pin or using a pasta machine and then stuffed. Whether made with meat, vegetables, cheeses or fish, ravioli can be served alone with light sauces based on butter and sage, tomato, cheese or cream, or in a rich meat broth.
When made with something aside from meat filling, they are considered “lean” foods that practicing Catholics are allowed to eat on Fridays during Lent. Served in broth, ravioli can also be a dish for special occasions such as Christmas dinner.
