Ilma, the Grande 36M superyacht by Azimut Yachts with interiors by m2atelier, receives the Best Interior Design award at the Blue Design Awards.
According to the jury, Ilma breaks away from nautical formalism to embrace a radical beauty: pure lines, intense materials, architectural light, and an elegance to be experienced barefoot.
At the heart of the main salon is the Gradient Wall, a fabric wall printed with gradient shades and hand-finished with pleating techniques by master artisans, transforming light into matter.
Ilma is a synthesis of performance, elegance, and design identity: proof that Italian nautical design knows how to look far ahead, in every sense.

Barefoot Luxury, codified by m2atelier for Azimut, is the design philosophy behind the Grande Series. A style that celebrates informal living as the most authentic form of luxury: effortless, spontaneous, and deeply personal.
The interior language of the yachts is warm and measured, essential yet highly refined. Materials, few in number but rich in texture, are carefully curated, while the forms stand out for the purity of their lines. This narrative finds its most iconic expression in the Feature Walls, a distinctive reinterpretation of the main saloon wall. On the Grande 36M, Grande 30M, and Grande Trideck, each yacht offers its own interpretation of this defining element.

The yacht stands out for her sculptural and elegant exterior lines designed by Alberto Mancini. The sea view terrace, suspended above the water, offers the perfect prelude to the new interiors crafted by the m2atelier studio.
Clean lines and a meticulously curated selection of materials bring to life a contemporary interpretation of barefoot luxury, an informal kind of elegance designed to meet the desires of a new generation of yacht owners.
Attention to detail reaches its peak with the unveiling wall in the main salon. A couture-grade vertical slats meet precision mechanics, glides open to reveal an integrated media wall.
