The lower garden which is accessed via stairs off terrace has seating area with shaded pergola, BBQ and 1mtr deep above ground pool which is perfect for children or adults to cool off in with separate seating area and outside toilet, all great for enjoying the alfresco experience. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. This house has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. In the first bedroom, you will find a queen size bed. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. There is also a handy double sofa bed in the lounge if required. There is 1 bathroom with toilet, sink and a walk-in shower and there is also an outside toilet and basin accessible on lower garden. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Be respectful of neighbours.
- No loud music or parties.
- There is parking at the communal park.
- Pets are not allowed at the property
