e. It's close to bars and restaurants, banks and shops and local amenities. The train station is a ten minute drive. The Cinque Terra is thirty minutes away, and pisa around 45 minutes. There are regular markets and festas throughout the summer period. You’ll love our place because of the views, the outdoors space, the location, and the ambiance. Our guests also have access to the main house's grounds and river area. This includes numerous acres or woodland and various landscaped areas.

-There is WIFI availible , however the signal comes from the main house so can only be accessed from certain areas of the home.
-There is a dog enclosure with a kennel in the garden. Perfect if you want to leave the dog for a while. Dogs are not be allowed inside unattended and must be kept under control at all times.
- Access to the river and other areas is at owners own risk.
- No candles to be burned inside the property. But on the deck is fine.
