Nice article today in the The Galway Advertiser about our very successful first AGM of 2025 at the Menlo Park Hotel & Conference Centre. We focused on a very exciting plan for the next 12 months and elected old and new Officers; Jim Ward from Galway Trails as chairperson; James Walsh from Dismiss this page as secreatry; Gabrielle Campbell as treasurer and Laura Marino Finan from LaMarino Tours as Social Media Officer. Such a great surprise to find Enzo and his gorgeous recipes from Osteria Le Arpie in 'A Taste of Italy' tv series on channel 4 with chef . It brought me back to last summer when we enjoyed Bari, its gorgeous sea views and alleys and ...the most delicious food...👇

Cooking is one of my greatest passions and so i decided to join this lovely Galway 2020 European Capital of Culture 'Cooking Around the World' recipe initiative. The dish I made up is called 'White Parmigiana with Irish Zucchini and Lardons (optional)', a blend between two cultures, Italian and Irish.

day 6, last stop before reaching the final destination Reggio di Calabria. Pictoresque and heartbreaking with its Murat castle, sea view narrow streets and the delicious worldwide renowned . Southern Italy has certainly given us loads of emotions and historical insights, highly recommended!

Day 5 of , Sila, Calabria. Centenary trees, FAI - I Giganti della Sila and Lake Arvo make this place so peacefull and gorgeous, and on winter time it's possible to ski too as there are three national parks in Calabria with professional ski centers. Fresh air and relaxation before moving to the next destination by the sea. Stay tuned for the next step.

road trip day 2 and 3 in Sassi di Matera. A unique and pictoresque village in the heart of Parco della Murgia, Basilicata. A place like no others with an heartbreaking mix of stunning natural beauty, fashinating local traditions and interesting history. And amazing people's hospitality!
