"What a fantastic holiday that one! Giorgia invited me and some good friends at her home in Canneto. We were 15 guys in a small, but comfortable and lovely place. I had so much fun and I got lost in some wonderful sunsets. But my sweetest memory is the pure, deep, blue water of Canneto".

Congrats to Matera, the town of Rocks, or “Sassi”, for having been selected as the European Capital of Culture 2019!
Here, just a few kilometres away from Apulia, people have been living in these cave-houses of the Sassi for more than eight thousand years! Today, this outstanding city made of Rocks, is increasingly attracting numerous tourists from all around the world, thanks to its urban uniqueness, and its delicious typical dishes.
The slogan of the city, “Matera 2019 Open Future”, perfectly sum up the main aim of this lovely cultural community: spreading the message that culture must be accessible to everybody.🇪🇺🇮🇹
