Il luogo più fotografato di Nesso: il ponte della "Civera" che collega la frazione Coatesa con Riva del Castello. Da questo ponte medievale è possibile ammirare la cascata che si tuffa tra le gole dell'orrido, che grazie alla sua impetuosità generava energia per alcuni oleifici, cartiere e setifici della zona.

Questo luogo attirò anche l'attenzione di Leonardo Da Vinci che nel Codice Atlantico lo descrisse così:

"Nesso, terra dove cade uno fiume con grande empito, per una grandissima fessura di monte"
