𝗪𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘇𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝘄𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝘁!
A few days of stepping away from emails and messages to build routes for a rogue tennis ball, taste-test an unreasonable amount of cheese, and bond over hot tubs and sauna time, and guess what? We’re returning stronger, happier, and maybe a little cheesier. 🧀
𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿:
✅ Improves communication – Turns out, nothing gets people talking like trying to make a tiny ball travel across an obstacle course of pure chaos.
✅ Enhances collaboration – "I’ll hold the plank, you secure the track!" 💪
✅ Boosts motivation – If we can build a successful ball route, we can probably do anything.
✅ Strengthens relationships – You never really know your coworkers until you’ve sweat together in a sauna while debating the superior cheese.
𝗙𝘂𝗻 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁: Research says team-building activities can boost performance by up to 25%, but we think our snack breaks alone bumped that up to 30%.
Moral of the story? Take your team on a retreat, get weird, and watch the magic happen. ✨
What’s the best (or weirdest) team-building activity you’ve ever done?
