It's the time to discover the 2 main lakes of the province. The biggest one, Garda lake is also the biggest of Italy. Full of old "Villas" from the Imperial Era in order to use it like otium place, for the magnifience and the calm of the territory. Very popular is the coltivation of grapefruits to produce an excellent wine, olive trees for the oil and agrums. Over the natural part, including trail path and excursions on the hills, around the lake are present several amusement park, like Gardaland, Movieland and Canevaworld.
The second one, the Iseo Lake, has the biggest island inside a lake of the Italy and the highest island inside a lake of Europe. Iseo lake has a fantastic natual area called "Torbiere del Sebino", for the old extraction of "Torba", used in the textil industry instead of wood.

Brescia is an Italian city located in Lombardia, with 196 559 people. It is situated between Garda and Iseo lake, at the foot of the Alps. In antiquity was called Brixia, it was an important regional centre for Rome Empire. Its old town contains the best preserved Roman public buildings in Northern Italy. The monumental archaeological area of the Roman forum and the monastic complex of San Salvatore-Santa Giulia have become a UNESCO World Heritage Site as part of a group of seven inscribed as Longobards in Italy, Places of Power (568–774 A.D.). Nicknamed Leonessa d'Italia ("Lioness of Italy") for historical reason about 10 days of resistance against Austria in 1848, it was the longest period of rebellion for a city located in the actual Italy (I remember you that Italian Union was on the 1861). The city is very popular for the prestigious Mille Miglia car race that starts and ends in this city. Another famous heritage of the city is Franciacorta wine, called Bollicine.The city has 3 main squares: Piazza della Loggia, Piazza Vittoria e Piazza Duomo, but a lot more are present in the centre. The old city is build under the Castle of Brescia, built between 13th and 16th century, it's among the largest castles of Italy. There is a line of Metro as well. The patrons are San Faustino and Giovita on the 15th of february, when take place an huge street market over all the city centre.
