After staying in Alghero and exploring cycling there it is worthy of staying a minimum of 2-3 nights by the beach as a base with circuit rides to Bosa to the South, Olbia to the north east and a ride around Alghero with the local Alghero Bici group to include Capo Caccia with a recommended stop to walk 800 steps to the truly magnificent huge Grotto caves inside the majestic cliffs.
