Water management was a key challenge for Kiossefidis S.A.:
they needed clean water, lower costs, and a more efficient process.

We installed a fully automatic DTPS water treatment system, designed to fit perfectly into their existing plant:
▪ Treats and reuses up to 8,000 L/h of water
▪ Closed-loop system (no wastewater discharge)

💧 A new success story in the UK – Express Glass Warehouse
When we first met Express Glass Warehouse the challenge was clear:
"How to support growing production while reducing water consumption, wastewater discharge, and operational complexity".
Glass processing requires large volumes of clean water, but managing it efficiently is a real challenge.

⚙️ The challenge:
At their facility, key issues included:
▪ High demand for clean water for production lines
▪ Discharge of contaminated process water
▪ Increasing costs linked to water supply and maintenance
▪ Complex sludge handling and system management

✅ The IMMMES solution:
We designed and delivered a fully automatic water depuration system, tailored to their needs:
DTP50 Water Treatment System
Up to 50,000 litres/hour of purified and reusable water
Closed-loop process: no waste, no interruptions
Self-regulating system with minimal operator intervention

At the Serraglass plant in Spain, IMMMES delivered a complete water treatment system engineered to ensure process reliability, operational continuity and effective management of production water in flat glass processing.
The system is based on the IMMMES DTPs unit, equipped with the DGS 630 Filter Press a fully automatic solution designed to:
✔️ Efficiently separate solids and liquids from process water
✔️ Recover clarified water suitable for reuse in production
✔️ Dewater sludge and manage it directly in Big-Bags

We have successfully completed the installation of the IMMMES DTP35 Water Depuration System with DGS350 Filterpress at Systeemwanden Plan Effect Beheer B.V., transforming water management into a strategic advantage for production.
