And then there are the extensive grounds, the swimming pool overlooking the sea, and interiors rich in art and history.

Once a convent, La Perla is now an elegant holiday home available exclusively to up to eight guests, where the timeless charm of historic architecture meets contemporary comfort.
Here, surrounded by tranquillity, nature, and beauty, Tuscany reveals its most authentic side.

Un’antica dimora in pietra, immersa nel verde delle colline dell’Alta Toscana, dove ogni dettaglio custodisce una storia tutta da scoprire: dal meraviglioso affresco che si staglia nel grande salone alla suggestiva libreria ricavata dall'antica ca****la della proprietà. E poi ancora un ampio parco, la piscina con vista sul mare e ambienti ricchi di arte e memoria.

Un tempo convento, La Perla è oggi una casa vacanze riservata in esclusiva a un massimo di otto persone, in cui il fascino dell’architettura storica incontra il comfort contemporaneo.
Qui, tra quiete, natura e bellezza, la Toscana rivela il suo volto più autentico.

P.S. The building you can see on the left is the Convent’s ancient chapel, now transformed into a library and small gym: a little piece of the property’s history that still remains part of everyday life at La Perla.

Autumn in Tuscany: mild temperatures, relaxation, and a region to be enjoyed at a slower pace 🍂

Tuscany is beautiful in every season, but autumn brings a light all its own. The summer heat has given way to milder temperatures, the days grow quieter, and between a day trip to a medieval village waiting to be discovered and an excursion to the seaside, there is nothing better than returning to an ancient residence surrounded by greenery, with breathtaking views stretching across the entire coastline.

Convento La Perla is a centuries-old stone convent, beautifully restored and now an elegant holiday home with a swimming pool and extensive grounds, available exclusively for up to eight guests.

La Toscana è splendida in ogni stagione, ma in autunno regala una luce tutta sua. Il grande caldo ha lasciato spazio a temperature più miti, le giornate si fanno tranquille e tra una gita in un borgo medievale da scoprire e un'escursione al mare, ci si gode il piacere di tornare a una dimora antica, immersa nel verde e con un'incredibile vista su tutta la costa.

Convento La Perla è un antico convento in pietra, sapientemente ristrutturato e oggi elegante casa vacanze con piscina e ampio parco, riservata in esclusiva fino a otto ospiti.
