It's only 2 of the reviews that left us who stayed here in the last few weeks.

And we're happy because the word "relax" is repeated.
This is exactly what we want to assure you, our 2 Apartments will be a happy island, a place to forget the agitation and recharge.

And now there'll be a wonderful time, even more relaxing and rich in colors... the end of summer and the beginning of Autumn.

You only need 2 or 3 days (or more 🙂) here to get back to your commitments with renewed energy.

When you visit a place, do you love to taste local cuisine?

If you are here with us, in the Appennino Reggiano, there'll be many dishes to try, but these 2 will have to be on your list:

Gnocco Fritto, a fried dough, served with salami or prosciutto or local cheese.

The Erbazzone, a rustic salt cake with spinaches, Parmigiano Reggiano, ricotta cheese, rice.
This is our version!
A very tasty dish.

Yes, you can spend the day among castles, food and wine experiences, trekking and shopping here in Appennino Reggiano.

But you can also stay here at HOME and relax by reading a book, a newspaper or simply walking in our garden... nature and tranquility (with a beautiful view though! 😄)

3 places you can reach in a few minutes by car from our house.

"Pietra di Bismantova", perfect for hiking and climbing lovers. (but also for those who want to eat typical dishes... there is a restaurant right below the famous Rock)

Castello delle Carpinete, owned by Matilde di Canossa, here also took refuge the Pope during the middle ages.

Castello di Sarzano, always the property of the countess Matilde, considered by many the most beautiful castle of all the Appennino Reggiano.
