Staying in bed a little longer today 😴 🌊🇮🇹

This is the view from one of 3 bedrooms in the Penthouse at Palazzo del Golfo. From here, you have direct access to our beautiful terrazzo through our custom-made oversized sliding doors. It was extremely important to us to maximize this view of the sea.

We hadlone of our favorite appetizers - the salmon and marinated anchovies on fried bread (soooo yummy)

Our main dishes:

RISOTTO H80FAME
Olio d'oliva, cipolla, salmone affumicato, gamberi, misto funghi, panna, curry, pepe, prezzemolo.

Rice with olive oil, onion, smoked salmon prawns,mixed mushrooms, cream, curry, pepper, parsley.

INVOLTINI DI PESCE SPADA
Olio d'oliva, cipolla, uva passa, pinoli, pesce spada, pancarrè, menta,

sale, pepe, scorza d'arancia. Olive oil, onion, raisins, pine nuts, swordfish, white bread, mint, salt, pepper, orange zest.
