Our house is located in the middle of a peaceful and green neighbourhood called La Pineta, just a couple of minutes walk through pine and eucalyptus forest to a beautiful 15 km long white sandy beach. a cozy and well-equipped semidetached house with 3 facades, a renovated living room with a new kitchen and 2 bedrooms, relaxation area in a large private garden with a terrace, a garden house, dining table under pergola, outside shower, hammocks, and own parking space. The location is perfect for couples, families, nature lovers, sports enthusiasts, and individuals in search of a retreat or to telework.
