Etna Morning Hike 🌋🥾

A beautiful morning on Mount Etna with two hikers from UK 🇬🇧 who chose to explore the volcano’s northern slope, the side that has preserved much of its original character.🌲🐞🦊

Far from the busiest tourist routes, this area offers a quieter and more authentic way to experience Mount Etna, surrounded by ancient lava flows, forests, and breathtaking volcanic landscapes.

Etna Morning Hike 🌋🥾

Despite the intense heat affecting Sicily these days the cooler mountain breeze made the ascent a real pleasure, allowing us to enjoy some of the volcano’s most beautiful summer landscapes. 😊

The white plume 💨 rising from the summit is a constant reminder that Etna is alive and always changing.

Today I had the pleasure of guiding a wonderful group of Italian hikers 🥾🇮🇹, sharing another unforgettable day on Europe’s highest active volcano.
