Oggi è lunedì 1 Giugno 2026 ed inizia ufficialmente la stagione estiva con il caldo che si fa sentire... Giugno è ancora al 70%, causa incertezza internazionale e caro voli/benzina ma visto come è andato Maggio 2026 siamo ottimisti.
Infatti abbiamo chiuso il mese scorso con risultati eccezionale! Il miglior Maggio di sempre, con il 96% di notti prenotate (89 su 93 disponibili), un +15% d'incasso su Maggio 2025 e ben 59 ospiti da Bosnia, Nigeria, Canada, Iran, Germania, USA, Pakistan, Italia, Francia, Canada, Romania, Argentina, UK, Australia, Bulgaria, Olanda e Polonia. Come si vede dalle tante foto facce sorridenti, durante le passeggiate per il centro, ma anche a Beer Fest o a cena con alcuni di loro. Quindi come sempre grazie a chi c'è stato e a chi arriverà! 🤗

Today is Monday, June 1, 2026, and the summer season officially begins with the heat making itself felt... June is still at 70% capacity, due to international uncertainty and the high cost of flights/fuel, but given how May 2026 went, we're optimistic.
In fact, we closed last month with exceptional results! Our best May ever, with 96% of nights booked (89 out of 93 available), a 15% increase in revenue over May 2025, and a whopping 59 guests from Bosnia, Nigeria, Canada, Iran, Germany, the USA, Pakistan, Italy, France, Canada, Romania, Argentina, the UK, Australia, Bulgaria, the Netherlands, and Poland. As you can see from the many photos, smiling faces, during strolls around the city center, but also at the Beer Fest or at dinner with some of them. So, as always, thanks to those who were there and to those who will be coming! 🤗
PS. In May 2026, we opened our VAT number 😱

Ieri è iniziato il mese di Maggio che, crisi mondiali permettendo, dovrebbe portare all'alta stagione turistica in Sicilia... Siaml già all'85% di notti prenotate e puntiamo a superare il 90%.
Aprile 2025 è stato un buon mese, il secondo di sempre ma, rispetto allo scorso anno, abbiamo perso il 9% di incasso e la percentuale di notti prenotate è stata del 90% rispetto al 92% di Aprile 2025.
Abbiamo ospitato in tutto 45 persone (nel 25 sono state 52) da ben 19 Paesi, nello specifico da Germania, Italia, USA, Romania, Uganda, Corea del Sud, Nuova Zelanda, Norvegia, Argentina, Francia, Svizzera, Canada, UK, Tanzania, Cina, Polonia, Finlandia, Grecia e India.
Come sempre ci siamo proposti di fare la classica passeggiata del quartiere sempre più colorato e vivo, tanti turisti e tanti nuovi locali hanno lasciato un ricordo splendido nelle loro vacanze e anche nei nostri cuori. Quindi grazie a chi c'è stato e a chi arriverà!

Yesterday marked the beginning of May, which, global crises permitting, should usher in the high tourist season in Sicily... We're already at 85% of nights booked and aim to exceed 90%.
April 2025 was a good month, the second best ever, but compared to last year, we lost 9% in revenue, and the percentage of nights booked was 90% compared to 92% in April 2025.
We hosted a total of 45 guests (52 in 2025) from 19 countries, specifically Germany, Italy, the USA, Romania, Uganda, South Korea, New Zealand, Norway, Argentina, France, Switzerland, Canada, the UK, Tanzania, China, Poland, Finland, Greece, and India.
As always, we planned to take the classic stroll through the increasingly colorful and lively neighborhood. So many tourists and so many new locals have left wonderful memories of their holidays and also in our hearts. So, thank you to those who have been there and to those who will be coming!

Ieri è iniziato il mese di Aprile che ci porterà alla Pasqua e a molte festività che faranno iniziare la stagione "alta". Nonostante Marzo si sia chiuso con ben l'86% di notti prenotate, abbiamo riscontrato anche nel terzo mese del 2026 un calo sia di presenze sia di notti prenotate e un -8% d'incasso rispetto al marzo 2025. Abbiamo ospitato 52 persone da ben 15 Paesi, Corea del Sud, Slovenia, Hong Kong, Polonia, Repubblica Ceca, Italia, Germania, USA, Venezuela, Lettonia, Austria, Svezia, Perù, UK e Armenia. Dalle foto è sempre evidence come con molti di loro il tempo trascorso in giro per la città e a volte a bere, pranzare o cenare insieme, sia da quasi 10 anni il valore aggiunto del nostro modo di fare turismo. E quindi grazie a chi c'è stato e a chi arriverà! Aprile è al 77% e puntiamo a superare l'85%.

Yesterday marked the beginning of April, the month that will usher in Easter and many holidays that will usher in the "high" season. Although March closed with a full 86% of nights booked, we also saw a decline in both occupancy and nights booked in the third month of 2026, and an 8% decrease in revenue compared to March 2025. We hosted 52 people from 15 countries: South Korea, Slovenia, Hong Kong, Poland, the Czech Republic, Italy, Germany, the USA, Venezuela, Latvia, Austria, Sweden, Peru, the UK, and Armenia. The photos clearly show that with many of them, time spent exploring the city, sometimes drinking, lunching, or dining together, has been the added value of our approach to tourism for almost 10 years. So, thank you to those who have been and those who are coming! April is at 77%, and we aim to exceed 85%.

Ieri è iniziato il mese di Marzo che ci porterà alla Primavera siciliana ed è già oltre il 60% di notti prenotate. Febbraio si è concluso al 74% con una flessione di ben 13 punti rispetto a febbraio 2025 (era all'87%, il migliore di sempre). Si conferma per tanto il trend negativo che è iniziato a dicembre dell'anno scorso.
Abbiamo comunque avuto il piacere di ospitare ben 37 ospiti da Austria, Hong Kong, Repubblica Ceca, Polonia, India, Francia, USA, Germania, Pakistan, Cina e Italia. Come sempre con molti di loro passeggiate nel centro di Catania e tanti chiacchere e sorrisi. Quindi grazie a chi c'è stato e a chi arriverà!

Yesterday marked the beginning of March, the month that will usher in the Sicilian Spring, and already over 60% of nights are booked. February ended at 74%, a 13-point drop from February 2025 (it was 87%, the best ever). This confirms the negative trend that began in December last year. However, we had the pleasure of hosting 37 guests from Austria, Hong Kong, the Czech Republic, Poland, India, France, the USA, Germany, Pakistan, China, and Italy. As always, many of them enjoyed strolls through the center of Catania, chatting and sharing smiles. So, thank you to those who were there and to those who are coming!

Ieri si è chiuso il mese di gennaio che ha confermato il trend negativo riguardo le presenze a Catania di turisti. Anche confrontandoci con i ristoratori della zona del centro storico c'è un calo di oltre il 60%. Per quel che riguarda i nostri tre appartamenti abbiamo chiuso con il 56% di notti prenotate, -25% d'incasso rispetto allo scorso gennaio, che fu comunque il migliore di sempre. Abbiamo ospitato 25 persone provenienti da Malta, Norvegia, Italia, Germania, Nepal, USA, Corea del sud, UK, Australia, Lettonia e Finlandia. Come sempre passeggiate con molti di loro nel centro storico per mostrare luoghi e ristoranti. Febbraio è già al 46% e confidiamo di raggiungere il 70% di notti prenotate, la settimana di Sant'Agata è già sold out... Quindi grazie a chi c'è stato e a chi arriverà!!!

Yesterday marked the end of January, confirming the negative trend in tourist numbers in Catania. Even comparing ourselves with restaurants in the historic center, we saw a drop of over 60%. Our three apartments closed with 56% of nights booked, a 25% decrease compared to last January, which was still our best ever. We hosted 25 people from Malta, Norway, Italy, Germany, Nepal, the USA, South Korea, the UK, Australia, Latvia, and Finland. As always, we're walking with many of them through the historic center to show them places and restaurants. February is already at 46%, and we're confident we'll reach 70% of nights booked. Sant'Agata Week is already sold out... So, thanks to those who were there and those who are coming!

Con oggi si conclude il mese di Dicembre e anche il 2025. Dicembre 2025 è stato deludente, il peggiore dal 2019. Le notti prenotate sono state solo 42, contro una media di 60 negli ultimi 7 anni. Abbiamo ospitato 26 ospiti da Canada, Polonia, Corea del Sud, Lettonia, Germania, Italia, UK, Svezia, Francia, Malta, Spagna, Cina e Norvegia. Con molti abbiamo visitato il centro illuminato dalle decorazioni Natalizie e i mercatini che caratterizzavano il periodo delle feste. Abbiamo notato, insieme ad altri operatori del settore come ristoratori e team di escursioni, una forte flessione della presenza turistica. Le ragioni? Forse un caro voli che le compagnie hanno anticipato troppo, una concorrenza di altre destinazione più appetibili e meglio sponsorizzate, feedback non positivi su chi ha soggiorato a Catania o in Sicilia? Forse un misto di tutte queste, resta il fatto che il trend si conferma anche su Gennaio 2026. Noi continueremo ad accogliere i nostri ospiti con professionalità e gioia, grazie quindi a chi c'è stato e a chi arriverà... A&B

Today marks the end of December, and so does 2025. December 2025 was disappointing, the worst since 2019. Only 42 nights were booked, compared to an average of 60 over the past seven years. We hosted 26 guests from Canada, Poland, South Korea, Latvia, Germany, Italy, the UK, Sweden, France, Malta, Spain, China, and Norway. We visited the city center, illuminated by Christmas decorations, and the markets that typify the holiday season with many of them. We, along with other industry professionals such as restaurateurs and excursion teams, have noticed a sharp decline in tourist numbers. The reasons? Perhaps expensive flights that airlines have booked too early, competition from other more attractive and better-marketed destinations, or less than positive feedback from those who stayed in Catania or Sicily? Perhaps a mix of all these, the fact remains that the trend will also be confirmed in January 2026. Si è concluso qualche giorno fa Novembre 2025 che si è attestato come secondo di sempre per incasso, le notti prenotate sono state 69, il 77% del totale. Abbiamo ospitato 32 persone, con alcuni soggiorni molto lunghi, oltre le 5 notti. Gli ospiti di Novembre provenivano da Canada, Lettonia, Belgio, Australia, Romania, Ungheria, UK, Lituania, Svizzera, Polonia, Olanda, USA, Germania, Svezia, Francia e Slovacchia. Con quasi tutti ci siamo incontrati, abbiamo anche bevuto e cenato con alcuni e siamo sempre stati in contatto per organizzare tour sull'Etna o semplicemente per suggerire un buon ristorante o lughi da visitare. Solo recensioni a 5 stelle da parte loro e questo è quello che ci fa più piacere. Dicembre come ogni anno è caratterizzato da last minute e al momento abbiamo il 32% di notti prenotate. Contiamo di raggiungere la soglia del 70% a fine anno. Quindi come sempre grazie a chi c'è stato e a chi arriverà!

November 2025 ended few days ago, the second-highest-grossing month ever, with 69 nights booked, representing 77% of the total. We hosted 32 people, with some staying very long, more than five nights. November's guests came from Canada, Latvia, Belgium, Australia, Romania, Hungary, the UK, Lithuania, Switzerland, Poland, the Netherlands, the USA, Germany, Sweden, France, and Slovakia. We met with almost everyone, even had drinks and dinner with some, and we've always been in touch to organize tours of Etna or simply to suggest a good restaurant or place to visit. They've only received five-star reviews, and that's what makes us most happy. December, like every year, is characterized by last-minute bookings, and we currently have 32% of our nights booked. We expect to reach the 70% threshold by the end of the year. So, as always, thanks to those who have been there and to those who are coming!

Inizia oggi il mese di Novembre che come sempre è tra i più "lenti" a riempirsi. Abbiamo chiuso un ottimo Ottobre, il migliore di sempre, con il 91% di notti prenotate e ben 58 ospiti da Belgio, USA, Germania, Olanda, Francia, Canada, Irlanda, Corea del Sud, Svizzera, Spagna, Polonia, Malesia e UK. Abbiamo accolto tutti come farebbero degli amici e questo è da sempre il nostro stile, apprezzato da tutte le recensioni a 5 stelle che ci hanno scritto. Novembre è al 64% e puntiamo a raggiungere il 75%. Quindi come sempre grazie a chi c'è stato e a chi arriverà!

We ended an excellent October, the best ever, with 91% of nights booked and 58 guests from Belgium, the USA, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Canada, Ireland, South Korea, Switzerland, Spain, Poland, Malaysia, and the UK. Inizia oggi il mese di Ottobre e con lui l'autunno siciliano che normalmente ci offre ancora spelndide giornate di sole e temperature miti (oggi piove però!).
Settembre si è concluso con il 91% di notti prenotate, facendone il terzo migliore di sempre ma molto vicino al Settembre 2024 e 2023, con un -1% sull'anno precedente per quel che riguarda l'incasso. Abbiamo ospitato 41 persone provenienti da Kosovo, Olanda, USA, Corea del Sud, Lettonia, Australia, Francia, Germania, Nuova Zelanda, Ucraina, Svizzera, Messico, UK e Turchia. Per molti Abbiamo organizzato insieme ai nostri partner, tour sull'Etna e in barca a vela. Abbiamo come sempre passeggiato per il centro storico e con alcuni abbiamo anche bevuto e cenato insieme. Solo recensioni a 5 stelle per il nostro mese preferito. Ottobre è già al 75% di notti prenotate ed ha ancora 17 notti disponibili, quindi grazie a chi c'è stato e a chi arriverà!

October begins today, and with it the Sicilian autumn, which normally still offers us wonderful sunny days and mild temperatures (though it's raining today!).
September ended with 91% of nights booked, making it the third-best month ever, but very close to September 2024 and 2023, with a 1% decrease in revenue compared to the previous year. We hosted 41 people from Kosovo, the Netherlands, the USA, South Korea, Latvia, Australia, France, Germany, New Zealand, Ukraine, Switzerland, Mexico, the UK, and Turkey. For many, we organized tours of Mount Etna and sailing trips with our partners. As always, we strolled through the historic center, and some even shared drinks and dinner. Only 5-star reviews for our favorite month. October is already 75% booked and still has 17 nights available, so thank you to those who have been there and to those who are coming!

Inizia oggi il mese di Settembre, che per noi è sempre il più bello per visitare la Sicilia! Agosto è stato il secondo migliore di sempre, vicinissimo ai risultati dello scorso Agosto che fu il migliore dal 2016. Abbiamo raggiunto il 95% di notti prenotate ospitando 49 persone da Canada, Italia, Romania, Germania, Grecia, Francia, USA, Australia, UK, Lettonia, Olanda e Svizzera. Nel mese più "estivo" dell'anno, nonostante il caldo, abbiamo come sempre passeggiato per il centro storico e consigliato ristoranti e pub per godere del cibo e del bere a quasi tutti i nostri ospiti, che con le loro splendide recensioni continuano a premiarci per la nostra dedizione e passione. Quindi grazie a chi c'è stato e a chi arriverà!

September begins today, always the best month for visiting Sicily! August was our second-best ever, very close to last August's results, which was our best since 2016.
