Had an unforgettable week riding along and guiding this group from US on their training camp in Lucca.
Long days and many mountain passes climbed!
We did our best to avoid storms, keep the moral up along the week despite the tough efforts and the bad luck on some mechanicals.
Every time I get off from one of these weeks I feel I am in need of another week to fully recover, at least mentally.
Planning, prepping, dealing with the necessity of everyone, be on top of everything for 6 people was challenging, but looking at these photos, at their smiles and receiving their feedback afterwards, those are the real drive to keep believing on persuing this route, this job, which often feels like a mission, a mission that I do it with all my passion and knowledge.
