This gorgeous property - rented as one unit - is owned by our family since 1993 and consists of two Stone Villas immersed in a large garden with swimming pool and surrounded by nature and a charming streaming river along the side of the garden, inviting you to enjoy fishing or simply take a stroll along the banks. In a beautiful valley, sheltered by trees and hills, this peaceful setting is within

easy driving distance of the nearby village and the spectacular town of Lucca. Interiors are warm and designed with attention to details; both houses are fully equipped with all comforts and two kitchens with dishwashers and everything you need. This year it’s already the 20th edition of the Lucca Summer Festival and we absolutely love it! It started in 1998 as a small concert in July with Bob Dylan, Latin Crossing and Joe Cocker. It turned into a very large festival with great artists!
