Now offering Corporate Tours! Gone are the days of corporate retreats of camping and singing Kumbaya with the your boss in the forest or falling backwards into the arms of co-workers as a “trust building” activity. Today’s corporate employees want authentic experiences. Travel to Italy for your next corporate retreat-let us take care of the details.

Northeastern Italy’s Dolomites spill over with grandeur. This 3-day retreat takes us through some of its finest scenes. With all trails above tree line, our adventure in the Dolomites is nothing short of breathtaking. Magnificent views of limestone pinnacles, alpine lakes, massive rock towers, and green valleys below provide an awe-inspiring spectacle during our journey.

Your retreat in the Dolomites can be tailored to fit endless agendas. As we handle all the details, you will explore my country as if it were your own. Day hikes followed by exquisite foods and then settling down for the night in cozy huts and soft beds is only the beginning of what I offer. There’s nothing like it. The best of everything. As I craft your corporate adventure, I will pair the ruggedness of nature with luxury – your team will experience the world in a way that bonds and unites them. Regardless of where you have been or what you have done, it will be an adventure of a lifetime.

Our shift towards small-scale group travel leads to a better opportunity to connect between colleagues. We offer a new style of company trip that is an in-depth, intense retreat. Your company will get more out of it because you’ll see your coworkers free of their corporate costumes as they immerse themselves in activities that fill the soul. This retreat is in sync with the movement toward finding new spaces to meet; something that’s not a rectangular room without windows—and that’s what we offer. Going remote at our Dolomite retreat is the new luxury.

If you want to help your team thrive, help them identify themselves by taking a cooperate trip. Cooperate trips build your team in a way no other activity can. A study by Rice University, Columbia University and the University of North Carolina, showed that going abroad increases “self-concept clarity,” which means those who choose to visit a new country tend to have a better sense of self than those who don’t. Time away from the normal environment allows individuals to see things from a fresh perspective. This can spark the creative and analytical minds. It can lead to new product ideas. Resolutions to existing problems can be found. And so much more can be accomplished. All of this leads to one great outcome: That better sense of self and a shared experience so deep that work now feels like play

Whether we trek around the spectacular massif of the Tre Cime di Lavaredo to observe the extraordinary spike-like shapes that tower above us pr enjoy a stay in the quaint villages of San Candido and Cortina. Each evening brings us comfortable accommodations—a cozy alpine hut one night and a private hotel another. Thanks to a unique blend of Austrian and Italian flavors, every meal is mouthwatering and noteworthy. Our journey through some of the most incredible areas of the Dolomites is a truly rewarding adventure.

Nature. Getting out. Hiking. It kinda came late to me in life the beauty of hiking. Hiking trails were no stranger to me. Growing up in the Great NorthWest, there was always a hiking trail near me. But I didn’t quite get the whole concept as a teenager. Just before we were to be enlisted into yet another Saturday Hike, I would hear my dad cheering, “It’s an ADVENTURE!” I took that to mean, “I don’t know where we are going or why…but let’s get going”. That’s a teenage girl for you. Grudgingly I took the code, “Get ready we are going hiking” So me, my mom, and two sisters would step into our hiking socks and hiking boots load up our hiking backpacks and head out to those hiking areas and do that thing called hiking.

Wow. I kinda hated it as a teenager. A lot. The dusty roads the uncomfortable clothes. The hot sun. But somewhere in the years in-between then and now, as I have transported my own little family to hike to a waterfall near me or to a lake near me, I have to say, the hiking gear and hiking equipment has improved. Hiking pants, hiking shorts, and hiking shirts and hats and bandanas…they fit better. They are comfortable and make all the difference for me and mine to enjoy an afternoon hiking in Utah or the Dolomites. The quick dry shirts that dry as you summit the mountain so you aren't left shivering. The cozy socks that keep the dust out from between your toes. Comfortable hats that hold your hair up and back-the sun out of your face. Sometimes we even present well enough want to take a picture or two. I have come to love it.

Hiking has changed so much from my childhood memories of hiking. Being a woman hiker is even a trend. I’m happy about this because I have two daughters. And I feel like the more time we as women in particular learn to love Mother Nature, the sooner we can come to love ourselves. We can better see our own unique beauty and realize there is no sensable comparison in Nature or amongst people. It doesn’t make sense. Like my dad said, "It is an ADVENTURE."

Hiking has become one of my family’s favorite pass times. And it’s not really about the gear… we all know this. It is about the quiet moments prone to memory making that Mother Nature supplies us all when we enter into her trails and paths. It’s about that healing and healthy feeling we all get when we are in Nature. [Check out Bengreenfitness podcast for more https://bengreenfieldfitness.com/podcast/biohacking-podcasts/earthing/.] Being what modern scientists call, “grounded” or "earthing" even healed by our association with Nature. I don’t think it matters if you use hiking poles or not. It doesn’t matter if you use a hiking hat or have a hiking gps. Not really. None of the gear really matters as long as you make yourself comfortable and go to be happy. And who doesn’t love that?
