Lake Como is one of my favorite places in Italy. I have had the pleasure of shooting 4 weddings here and the beauty is just overwhelming. It is so romantic and the quality of life is so high. You see older people navigating the hilly cobblestone streets with ease and you realize that the key to living a long healthy life is probably fresh Italian food, daily coffee and wine with friends, waking up to these views, and walking millions of steps every day!

Trying to shoot drone of Tatom and Bryant on a moving boat and shooting them while on another boat and switching back and forth from boat to boat was a logistical feat. I almost gave myself a black eye a few times, but the images were worth it! We got epic weather on Lake Como and we have to thank the Etsy weather witch and of course the Noseda brothers and Ryan Larson for making this all happen! .noseda

Tatum & Bryant, Alabama sweethearts, took their first big adventure abroad to Lake Como—and what a day! Between storms and heat waves, we got a perfect window of perfect weather for their wedding: vintage boat rides past George Clooney’s house, visiting iconic villas, and wandering the charming streets of Moltrasio. I even had to learn how to chase their boat with my drone—while on another boat myself! Shooting stills and flying was no joke, but the magic is worth it! I even convinced them to hike up to this magical hidden waterfall I discovered on my scouting day. What an epic day! Not only did I get to finally travel with my dear friend and talented wedding coordinator Ryan Larson with Savoir Flair Weddings who created magic for this couple but we owe a huge thank you to the Noseda family for helping to make the boat adventure so incredible and letting us rent their incredible vintage 1969 lake boat and villa! .noseda VintageBoatVibes MoltrasioMagic IconicItaly WeddingAdventure LakeComoPhotography EpicLoveDay

What a perfect end to a perfect day here in Lake Como… having drinks and dinner overlooking the most epic views. I spent the morning hiking all through Moltrosio and taking photos and shooting drone, then we took the bride and groom all over taking wedding portraits and then we chartered two vintage boats for a sunset lake cruise ; one just for me to photograph from. We sailed by George Clooneys mansion, had the most GLORIOUS weather and I learned how to track a fast boat with my drone;) After our full day of renegade shooting with the wedding couple in tiny villages, Ryan and ai had a much deserved evening chill session.Im OBSESSED with this hotel!

My French niece and nephew Olivia and Adrien! I have known these two since they were born and have documented all of their important occasions in life and it’s so crazy to see how grown all of my nieces and nephews are getting! Olivia is getting into acting so I did her headshots and forced Adrien to jump in a few too… as well as made them reenact a photo I took when they were babies. ONE DAY they will appreciate this photo, but in their current teenage state it was just SO embarrassing… but honestly that is my greatest joy as the fun aunt is to find creative ways to delight and embarrass them ANY chance I can;)

Sister time in the Musee d’Orsay in Paris for the American friends of the Museum Gala tonight. To experience this museum with zero crowds and cocktails is definitely the e way to go. We are spoiled this evening getting up close and personal to all of the most famous Impressionist Paintings of Monet, Sisley, Van Gogh and Cezanne

Just explored the incredible ‘Hospital of Emotions’ art exhibit in the old St. Vincent Hospital in LA—each floor themed by emotions like happiness or anger, and every room was taken over by 70 hand-picked artists from all over the world. Each artist was given a budget and a single hospital room that they could transform into any installation they pleased in the theme of their hospital ward. The entire hospital turned into an immersive emotional journey. 3 hours in and I could have spent longer in there! It’s the only hospital that you WANT to spend time in in Los Angeles! A huge thank you to Dak and Christine for inviting us and for creating Room 24 on Floor 6—the only exhibit with an amazing blacklight 3D experience! .of.emotions
