Il 25 e 26 luglio partiamo per un weekend in e-bike tra Umbria e Marche: da Gubbio a Fabriano, attraversando l’Appennino, il Parco del Monte Cucco, boschi, borghi e sentieri dove il tempo sembra rallentare.

Pedaleremo con calma, dormiremo sospesi tra gli alberi e ceneremo nel bosco sotto le stelle, tra piatti tipici, vino e atmosfera da campo base.

BIKE + RAIN: WHAT TO WEAR?
Riding in the rain isn't a drama... if you dress right.
The rule is simple: stay warm, dry as possible, and don't sweat too much.

1. TECHNICAL AND BREATHABLE BASE LAYER
No cotton: it soaks up water and stays wet.
Use a lightweight technical shirt that dries quickly.

2. THERMAL LAYER (only if it's cold)
Add a thermal layer to your base: light but warm. A thermal shirt or merino wool is ideal.
If it's not too cold, you can skip this layer.

3. WATERPROOF LAYER
Always bring a waterproof shell (with at least 10,000mm water resistance). But make sure the jacket is helmet-compatible!
Keep it in your back pocket so it's within reach.
PLUS: also bring a plastic bag to keep your phone and anything that needs to stay dry.

4. LEGS
Waterproof pants exist: ideal if you bike to work.
For our sport rides, we can do without them: legs keep moving and stay warm, so technical pants that dry quickly are better!

5. FEET
A good pair of technical socks (merino wool works great) and waterproof shoe covers.

6. HANDS
When your hands are cold, everything stops working. Choose thin but warm waterproof gloves.

7. LIGHTS AND VISIBILITY
Rain = reduced visibility.
Mount front and rear lights (better if two) and a blinker: they always help, not just to see, but to be seen!

8. BAGS AND BACKPACK
Rain cover or waterproof bag: zero stress and no important stuff gets wet!
Gentle reminder: The rain passes, the ride stays. 😏

Allestire il campo base nella natura selvaggia a 1400m di altezza insieme al nostro team, per poi pedalare per due giorni al giusto ritmo, completamente immerso nel verde.

Quando arriva la sera, ti ritrovi a fare aperitivo e cenare nel bosco con prodotti locali selezionati dell'entroterra, prima di accendere un falò e chiacchierare con il naso all'insù alla ricerca di stelle cadenti.

Dopo tante risate ti prepari a dormire sospeso tra gli alberi in un bosco magico, insieme ai tuoi compagni di avventura, per poi svegliarti la mattina con l'aroma del caffè mentre i primi raggi di sole filtrano dolcemente tra le foglie.
