Welcome Back! We are so excited about the new season and would like to thank all the guests and staff who helped us out last season. Our lovely little rooftop piaggio bar - Bolle e Birra - is finally ready! Isn't it cute?! With a built-in fridge, you can stock it with your favourite drinks and serve yourself ice-cold beverages 24hrs a day. Join us for a drink on the terrace and watch the sunset...

Don't you just hate it when you're having a drink on a rooftop terrace, watching the sunset over the Valle d'Itria and your drink runs out? It's such a faff to have to walk aaallll the way inside to get another one. We thought so. To solve this inconvenient problem we decided to build a rooftop bar. Check out our progress.

Hi everyone, we hope you are all staying safe and well. It's all go down here: lots of friends and family are safely using the villa during these times; local Italians are popping down for the cheeky weekend; and we've got some fantastic clients rebooked for next year.
