Today, APRIL 6TH, we celebrate the CARBONARA DAY, a pasta dish you should definitely taste during your next trip to ROME (yes, you could try to prepare it at home too but remember you need the right ingredients and then.. IT'S MUCH BETTER TO GO TO ROME THAN TO STAY IN THE KITCHEN!!! 😊)

HAPPY CARBONARA DAY!

BUFFALO MOZZARELLA, a specialty of the Campania region, is certainly one of the most popular Italian delicacies. It's simply …delicious! 😋Come to Italy and go and taste it on the farms that produce it! We will be happy to organize an unforgettable visit to a dairy farm with tasting for you so you will also be able to look in the face the one who supplies the milk for your favorite cheese 😁😁😁

Bergamo is a town that foreign tourists usually notice for the first time when they land at "Milano-Bergamo" airport and they discover that it takes an hour by bus to get to Milan...... 😎
But it would be a mistake to take the shuttle directly, Milan can wait!
Instead, move to the centre of Bergamo and take the cable car to the Upper Town, you will be pleasantly surprised! The small medieval centre is beautiful, and it is also full of good restaurants.
Take a walk, admire the view, and try to count how many times the bell of the Civic Tower will ring! (..and then let me know! 😉😀)

It might seem like any Monday and on TV there's only talk about omicron .. but today in Italy there is a special day: January 17th is the World Day of Neapolitan Pizza 🍕, which became part of the UNESCO intangible heritage of humanity in 2017. But why on January 17th? The date was chosen because it coincides with the feast of Sant'Antonio Abate, protector of bakers and pizza makers.
So, is it clear what you have to eat for dinner tonight?! 😉

Are you thinking of a trip to Italy?

Skiing in Italy? Better if you drink your bombardino at the end of the day! 🥃
From January 1 the Highway Code also regulates the behavior of skiers!
The law currently establishes the limit of 0.5 g/l of alcohol in the blood, a limit beyond which one is defined as being drunk and therefore subject to sanctions.
Blood alcohol content above 0.5 g/l limit is punished with high penalties and severe fines.
If the rate is over 0.8 g/l it becomes a crime.
