🎤 Nadia Halaufia
With over 15 years of experience, Nadia Halaufia is a passionate educator, business mentor, and haircare professional with a mission: to inspire, elevate, and connect the beauty industry from the inside out.
Her journey began in 2008 at the Aveda Institute, and she quickly transitioned into education — first behind the chair, then leading teams, coaching educators, and directing beauty institutes.
Nadia has educated for numerous brands and organizations, bringing her dynamic energy to beauty schools, salons, distributors, and stages across the industry.

MEET THE SPEAKERS
🎤 Sara Ceccon
Makeup artist and beauty consultant, Sara has nurtured a strong passion for the world of aesthetics since childhood. In 2015, she began working as a freelance makeup artist and quickly stepped into a leadership role, managing makeup teams for major music and entertainment events.

Fascinated by the industry’s creative energy, she went on to collaborate with "Lord & Berry" as a regional consultant for Northern Italy. This role sparked her love for teaching, leading her to begin offering self-makeup classes with the association "Il Tempo Ritrovato" and later becoming a trainer with "Confartigianato Imprese", working with professionals across the beauty sector.

Today, Sara is part of the Kripa team as Skin Frequency and Makeup Consultant, where she combines her artistic eye with deep skincare knowledge.

🎤 Samuele Manera
Technical expert and educator in the professional haircare world, Samuele began his journey in 1998 and gradually developed strong expertise in product development, training, and salon education.

After opening his own salon in Milan in 2006, he trained as an image consultant and later specialized at the Redken Academy. His path into education led him to collaborate with a cosmetics company, where in-house training with chemists helped shape his technical focus.

For over 10 years, Samuele has worked as a Technical Manager. Since 2018, he has been part of the Organethic Pure Care team, delivering both technical and commercial education to professionals in Italy and abroad.

🎤 Davide Cassago

Stylist and creative originally from Milan (IT), Davide began his journey in the hair care world back in 2001.
He trained with Tony & Guy and later specialized at the Redken school, combining the structure of the British approach with the creativity of the American style.

Throughout his career, he has led styling teams in elite ateliers in Milan, contributed to fashion photo shoots, and collaborated on trend-focused collections.

Since early 2020, Davide has been part of the Organethic Pure Care family as International Educator and Creative Director for fashion collections and the latest styling trends.
