La Poggerina is a beautiful Tuscany Farmhouse villa (300 sq.m inside and 380 sq.m
outside) surrounded by hills and vineyards wih a spectacular view. The Villa is located at 300 meters above sea level in the heart of tuscany (Chianti and Valdarno countryside) where the guests can enjoy a fresh and peaceful environment, very close to the cities of Florence, Greve in Chianti, Siena and Arezzo. lla has a satellite 50 inch TV with 4000 channels, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, professional external pizza oven, microwave, gas stove, cappuccino and espresso machine, central heating, wifi internet, a kitchen garden producing vegetables for the guests, barbecue area, secured internal private parking, automatic gate and more. There are 2 WiFi connections at the Villa, one for the exterior and one for the interior. Swimming Pool:
The pool is for your use only, no other guests will use it, just you. The swimming pool is available from 9.00 to 21.00, there is a pre-swimming Shower, with hot and fresh water and also a Bathroom. Nearby local shops and facilities
2 Km from the villa there is a mini market. The Villa is 6 Km from Figline Valdarno, here you can find a lot of shops and supermarkets and every Tuesday there is a local market in the main historical square. The Villa is 10 Km from Greve in Chianti, very famous for the best food and wine tasting. The Mall, a very worldwide famous outlet is 8Km from the Villa. Very close to the Villa there are many tipical tuscany restaurants and pizzerias approx 2 to 4 Km of distance. There is a Horse Ranch at 3Km.
3Km from the villa, there is also Tenuta il Palagio, a Farm house that sales bio food and wine , the owner is STING, the famous singer. COOP, is a brand new very large and high quality food supermarket, it’s in Figline
Valdarno 6Km distance from the Villa. If you need more info please ask the owner. How to travel to nearby cities such as Florence by Train. From Figline Valdarno station, you can buy fast train ticket to Florence, 1 stop only ,
approx 28 min duration to reach Florence central station, cost is 5 euro (one way). To reach Arezzo is the same price and time from Figline Station. To Reach Siena you must go to Florence and take a direct train 7.70 euro price, 1 hour and 28 travel time. Bicycles:
We offer 4 mountain bikes and 2 e-bikes for rent within very good price. there are a lot of nice country roads around the villa. Privat Bio Garden
