For the Eccellenze | Stars in Florence 2026 Gala Dinner, Palazzo Gondi became the setting for an evening designed around atmosphere, detail and a strong sense of place.

Arno Travel curated the event experience from the setting to the flow of the evening, bringing together floral design, lighting, table styling, music and entertainment into one coherent vision.
Every element was considered in relation to the historic character of the palace, creating a setting that felt refined, immersive and deeply connected to Florence.

A strong itinerary is not about fitting more into the journey. It is about making different sides of a destination work naturally together.
This six-day route through Emilia-Romagna brings together art and history, food culture and Italy’s automotive heritage: from the mosaics of Ravenna and Renaissance Ferrara to Parmigiano Reggiano, prosciutto and traditional balsamic producers; from Ferrari in Maranello to Modena, Parma and, finally, Bologna.

For an international company, Arno curated a large-scale corporate gala dinner for 580 guests in one of Florence’s most evocative historic settings: Badia a Settimo Abbey.

The evening was designed around a powerful creative concept: the contrast between the sacred and the profane transforming the atmosphere of the abbey into an immersive experience of scenography, performance, refined hospitality and contemporary entertainment.

From the moment guests arrived, every detail was part of the story.

A theatrical outdoor welcome, historical references, live performances, gospel choir moments, electronic violin acts, a seated gala dinner and a fully immersive event layout came together to create an evening that felt both spectacular and deeply connected to the character of the venue.
