Let you be tempted and take part to this exclusive class! You will walk around a vast citrus grove, where you will sample some products made with citruses typical of this area: mixed citruses salad, sweets and biscuits, lemonade and the famous limoncello, above all. ✨

It is the result of the lemon peels steeped in alcohol: the various steps of the “sfusato amalfitano” production will be shown to you, from the plant growing to the product bottling. Don’t miss out on this great experience among smells and colors of Amalfi Coast and its ancient traditions. Cheers and have fun! The Chef will meet you at the previously arranged place and will take you to the central market to choose the fresh and natural ingredients to be used during the course. As soon as you enter the kitchen you will wear an apron and will have a finger in every pie! ✨

The Chef will help you to prepare a tasty menu composed of: bruschette, handmade pasta and a main course. You will taste your just cooked dishes together with a fabulous Chianti wine. In addition, you will be given the certificate of attendance that will make you a real chef. Enjoy your meal and have fun!
