A little more room for everyone. 🤍

Our Vita & Familia apartment is made for 4–5 people and comes with plenty of light, natural local materials and its own little kids’ room. Outside, a spacious rooftop terrace looks out over meadows, forests and the Monte Elmo.

A place to spread out, slow down and enjoy a few days together.

Old roots, new rooms. 🤎

At JOAS, tradition is not something we put on display. You can still see it in the old Harpfe beside the house, feel it in our Stube from 1837 and find little traces of it in the way the whole house was designed.

Some things stayed exactly as they were. Others simply found a new form.

Our Vita & Sana apartment is bright, calm and made with natural local materials. The best part? Your own rooftop terrace with views over meadows, forests and the Dolomites.

A pretty good place for a slow morning or one last look at the mountains before the day ends.
