Pizza chef. On the back deck. At the Monaco Yacht Show. 🍕

While the pontoons filled up with people, Chef Andrea was busy at ANIMA's aft deck counter. He stretched the dough by hand, spooned on the tomato, tore the mozzarella over the top and slid it into the oven. Out came a margherita with a properly puffy, blistered crust, and a spicy pepperoni right behind it.

This is the kind of thing guests ask for on charter. No restaurant, no booking, just a chef who makes your pizza fresh while you stand there with a drink in your hand.

Summer season is winding down, and we're going to miss this. 🌅

Sunset over Capri, caught from CORE as the sky went from gold to deep orange and the light poured right through the famous rocks. Evenings like this are exactly what makes a season on the water so hard to say goodbye to.

Dinner's ready, and so is the view. 🌅

Blue hour on EXPLORA, the table set with orange roses and candlelight, moored in a quiet Sicilian harbour as the hills fade to navy and the marina lights flick on one by one. This is the part of the day everyone slows down for.

Best co-pilots on the water. 🐬

A pair of dolphins fell beside BLUE EYES and rode the bow wave for a while, playing in that deep, endless blue. No matter how many times it happens, everyone still runs to the rail like it's the first time.
The sea's little way of saying hello.

A crossing from day into night. 🌅🌙

BLUE EYES on the long run from Olbia to Naples, out in the open Tyrrhenian. We watched the sun melt into the sea from the aft deck, had dolphins race alongside the hull, and then the moon took over, laying a silver path across the water as we carried on into the dark.
