More than 60% of our tours are private as this one in Sicily from Catania to Palermo via Ragusa, Siracusa, Agrigento and Trapani. A couple asked us to put together a unique journey in the heart of the Mediterranean and we designed something unique and customized to their preferences. Our third week of 2026 has been featuring the Marche, Emilia-Romagna and Veneto regions. We just finished the 2nd week of 2026 through Abruzzo, Lazio, Umbria and Marche regions. Some guests are joining us for the upcoming third week in Romagna and Veneto, while others are leaving and a few continue all the way to the end in the Dolomites area.

One of our groups just completed a walking tour in Eastern Sicily with our tour leader Nicolò Dionisio (all photo credits) from Catania to Siracusa via Ragusa Ibla and Noto, with a final post tour extension to exotic Lipari and Salina islands.

Some pics after the first week in Puglia and Basilicata of 2026. This epic cycling journey is 4 weeks long through 10 regions of Italy from Puglia to Sud Tyrol with 109,000 feet of elevation gain and 1,860 miles!

Some of our fellow travelers are taking one or more weeks, and a few have decided to enjoy the full experience.

We are looking forward to repeating this in 2027. Follow us for more updates from the road, and the table, FST style!

Mallorca in the spring is more beautiful than ever and this week our international group with cyclists from Australia, the USA, France, and England have been enjoying the 7th largest island in the Mediterranean.

We just completed our first tour of 2026 in warm Liguria by bicycle and can’t wait to be back here in May for a walking tour in the charming Italian Riviera. Mallorca is one of our next destinations in our beloved Mediterranean!

While waiting to start the first tour of the year in early April in Liguria (aka Italian Riviera), our US-based team member Cristiano has been recently exploring Tucson (AZ) FST-style: on foot, by bike, and at the table, while visiting some of our local customers. Enjoy some pictures featuring the cycling-friendly culture, the landscapes of the high desert, and the local food mixing Mexican, Native American, and Spanish cultures (in 2015 Tucson became the first UNESCO City of Gastronomy in the US).

It was an honor and a pleasure to co-sponsor and attend the VICA Carnevale event in Vermont. It was great as well to reconnect with some of our fellow travelers that were on tour with us last year. Happy winter to you all and we hope to cross paths again soon!
