Wenn im Frühjahr die Natur erwacht, steigt die Lust auf Bewegung im Freien und es zieht viele hinaus in die Frühlingsluft. Zahlreiche geführte Veranstaltungen und Workshops rund um die Themen gesunde Bewegung, Ausgeglichenheit, gesunde Ernährung, richtiges Training und die passende Ausrüstung bilden die ideale Grundlage für den Start in die warme Jahreszeit.

Die Erlebnisse von Seiser Alm Balance finden wöchentlich in den Dörfern Kastelruth, Seis am Schlern, Völs am Schlern, Tiers am Rosengarten und auf der Seiser Alm statt und sind für Erwachsene und Jugendliche ab 14 Jahren geeignet.

Perdersi nella natura per ritrovare l’equilibrio. Quando la natura si ridesta, aumenta la voglia di dinamicità all’aperto, che spinge molte persone ad immergersi nell’aria primaverile. Numerosi eventi e workshop guidati all’insegna del relax e del benessere offrono una pausa di relax psico-fisico e costituiscono la base ideale per l’inizio della stagione calda.
Gli eventi settimanali, adatti ad adulti e ragazzi dai 14 anni, hanno luogo nelle località di Castelrotto, Siusi allo Sciliar, Fiè allo Sciliar, Tires al Catinaccio e sull’Alpe di Siusi.

Centre yourself with the power of nature. As the countryside awakens in spring, the urge to get out into the open air gets ever stronger and draws us out into the great outdoors and the spring air. Numerous guided events and workshops around the topics health, balance and relax will ensure you have all the basics you need off to a good start for the warm season.

The events will be held every week in the villages of Kastelruth, Seis am Schlern, Völs am Schlern, Tiers am Rosengarten and on the Seiser Alm, and are suitable for both adults and teenagers. www.ronsolhof.com

Gentili amici, gentili ospiti,
finalmente sembra che stiamo uscendo da questo momento di crisi ed unendo le forze ci muoviamo insieme verso una nuova normalitá.
Abbiamo aspettato a lungo per condividere questo momento con voi e abbiamo riaperto la nostra struttura. Speriamo di potervi accogliere nuovamente con l´ospitalitá e la gentilezza che ci contraddistingue. Anche i ristoranti nella nostra zona torneranno a viziarvi con le loro prelibatezze . Anche se tutto sará po´diverso dal solito. Ma noi rimaniamo sempre gli stessi e non vediamo l´ora di rivedervi.
Vi aspettiamo presto al Ronsolhof - Elisabetta e Christian Prossliner con i bambini Sara, Lea e Lukas.😀
