The Panigaccio is a tipical regional food that you can eat only here. The recept is easy: water and flour.
They are cooked in smalls terracotta pots, one above the other, and then separated when they arrive to the right temperature. We eat them with ham, mortadella, and with stracchino cheese. We suggest you this easy restaurant not far from La Siesta, 5 minutes walking.
