This amazing historic building has been totally renewed still preserving its ancient peculiarities.
It is located at a few minutes walk from the town centre and boasts a panoramic position on the Lecco shore of Como Lake. Also the train station is only at 10 minutes walking.
In front of the house you can find the suggestive cycle/cross lane which runs along the lake and offers a 6 km track for running, ciclying and/or walking. Nearby you can find shops, cafes and restaurants.
Inside the building there are 2 spacious flats endowed with any kind of comfort and furnished in a modern and functional style which can host up to 5 guests.

Bella ed elegante villa d'epoca, risale alla metà dell'800, situata a Varenna in località Fiumelatte affacciata sulla sponda lecchese del Lago di Como. Dalle sue terrazze si può ammirare uno stupendo panorama sul Lago ed in particolare su Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio e Cadenabbia. La famosa Villa Monastero si trova a poche centinaia di metri, mentre il centro di Varenna e l'imbarco dei battelli e traghetti si raggiunge in 15 minuti a piedi o in cinque minuti con l'auto. Anche la stazione ferroviaria di Varenna dista solo 10 minuti d'auto.

Nei suoi ambienti si respira un profumo d'epoca ma nello stesso tempo si possono trovare moderni comfort: una moderna e attrezzata cucina, WI Fi in ogni ambiente e un moderno Tv sat. La zona cucina e pranzo si trova a piano terra, mentre al, primo e secondo piano si trovano le camere e i bagni. From its terraces you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Lake of Como,Bellagio,Varenna,Menaggio and Cadenabbia. The famous Villa Monastero is far few hundred meters away,whereas the city center of Varenna and the boarding of boats and ferry-boats is 15-minute walking or 5-minute drive. Moreover,the railway station of Varenna is far away only 5-minute drive and from there you can easily get to Lecco,Milano and Sondrio.

In its rooms you can breathe a vintage fragrance but at the same time you can find modern comfort: beautiful and equipped kitchen,wifi connection plus a tv sat. On the ground floor there are the kitchen and the dining room,whereas on the first and second floor there are the rooms and the bathrooms. Outside you find a lush and equipped garden,external dining room and beach chairs.

The famous and wonderful Villa Monastero is almost very close to the house.
