Renovation of a house in the historic centre of Manduria.

For the new materials, the choice fell on natural and traditional materials, several of which were already present in the existing building: cocciopesto floors (a traditional lime and crushed terracotta screed), limewash paint inside and out, a base band finished in fine cocciopesto and lime paste, and wooden doors and windows.

The aim was to preserve the original character of the building, both in its interiors and in the way it sits within the historic fabric, while equipping it with the comforts of today.

Non film qualunque. Proprio quelli. Le supplenti, le infermiere, le poliziotte. Il cinema che, parole loro, ha rovinato la vista a una generazione.

Lo chiamano un debito storico. Un risarcimento generazionale.

Sabato ai Giardini Burle Marx, ore 20:20. Stavolta con gli occhiali.

Noi ristrutturiamo edifici, ma quello che rende viva una città sono le persone che si inventano serate così. Ci vediamo lì.
